As sometimes when you see the game being loaded too slow or it does not get saved properly or the game does not open properly or gets crashed time & again. Try to follow these steps in order to play the game easily and smoothly.

Clean all your browser cookies.

Always keep the browsers up-to date. Automatic updates are good but at times it does not function so make sure if they are not updated then do it manually. ( Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Cool Novo, Sea Monkey, Maxthon, Avant, Deepnet, Safari, Comodo Dragon. For 64-bit one of the best browser is Waterfox.)

Check if all your plugins are up-to-date. ( Flash & Shockwave )

Keep your antivirus updated. ( AVG, AVAST, NORTON, etc.)

Keep your Java Software updated.

Clean your registry and disk. Always one should defrag their disk and registry in order to keep the game running smooth. ( CCleaner, JetClean, Wise Registry Cleaner, etc.)

How to Report A Bug

Read if it’s a known issue or fixed.

Try to follow the steps accordingly if it’s a known issue.

If it’s a new bug and not stated then fill in the details correctly.

Add a screenshot if possible and submit it.

Waiting period is between 24-72 hours, at times even takes longer due to the overload of work so please be patient.

If you are unable to reach the Help & Support from the link stated in the forums then follow the steps.

Open your game.

Click on the Help ( it’s on the top bar when your game page is loaded. )

Click on Customer Support.

Click on Contact Us…when u click on contact us it will lead you to Step 1 and the details will be filled out automatically…click on Submit button.

After clicking on submit button it will lead u to form where you need to fill out the Step 2 & Step 3. In step 3, make sure you fill out the proper details of the problem you face in the game and add a screen shot if possible. ( adding a screenshot gives a benefit to let the Support & Help admins knows what exactly the problem you face in the game )

If you are still unable to receive any help after the above stated them please post ur game details ( SNS ID; UID; LANG; CLIENT ) in the forums and your moderators will help you out in reaching to the support admin to get your problem fixed in the game. When you post the details in the forums regarding the problem faced in the game, please do add what OS (operating system) you use and what browser you use & also add the screen shot if possible.
